Agree To Our Waivers

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, PERPETUAL WAIVER AND RELEASE 


    I declare that I am the person above, and the information I have provided is accurate, true, and complete. I have read and agree to the terms & conditions of the PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK for Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals.


    I have read and agree to the terms & conditions of the PERPETUAL WAIVER AND RELEASE form concerning minors for Blue Run Cart Master & River Rat Rentals.


    I understand that weather is unpredictable. If bad weather occurs during my river rental experience, it does not permit a refund, reschedule, or raincheck.


    I understand if I do not process the payment myself through the website, I am willingly giving my credit card information over the phone to be processed for payment. I also understand the credit card information will be kept on file and will be charged if any of the equipment is lost or damaged or if any late fees, relaunch fees, or last-minute shuttle fees need to be charged. I also waive my right to do a chargeback on my credit card after signing this waiver.


    To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If a booking is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund or choose to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability. Rainchecks are different from rescheduling. A raincheck is issued when weather conditions force the experience to be postponed. In the event of a raincheck, you will receive credit that may be used to book another day and time once weather conditions permit.
